Course Description:

This programme introduces you to the role and importance of a project manager. The Project Management modules discuss how to plan, assign and manage work successfully; and how to see to the successful completion of projects according to an organisation’s business goals. You will also learn about the Project Management Institute (PMI), a professional body which regulates professional practices within the project management profession.

Six months Course

  • Understand project management terminology with a focus on the PMI PMBok.
  • Explore the appropriate methods to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects
  • Understand the PMBoK philosophy and core processes.
