The institution was established in 2012 and has its headquarters in Randburg, Johannessburg.

A course team approach is used to design and develop our learning materials, involving content experts, our own academic staff and instructional designers.
The learning materials go through a systematic quality assurance mechanism in each stage of design, development and production, in order to ensure that students have high quality learning materials.

Facilities Management creates and maintains EDUINSTITUTE’s physical resources to provide a healthy and safe educational environment for the campus community through our services by the following departments: Physical Plant Operations, Business Operations and Planning and Design.
Accounting: Our department is devoted to excellence in teaching and research in Finance and Accounting. We collaborate, and share our expertise and resources, with a wide range of regional, national and international organisations.
Finance: The Department aims to deliver quality students to auditing firms, high profile financial institutions and other key players in the South African economy.
Management: The Department of Management is a dynamic department that aims at developing business leaders of the future. We have a number of exciting programmes and degrees that are guaranteed to add value to your academic growth and stand you in excellent stead in the business environment.
Research and its supporting activities form important and integral facets of tertiary education. EDUINSTITUTE accepts its premise, and research together with education and community service, is seen as being one of the primary functions.
